RETURN POLICY

All items are final sale unless the item is defective or broken. Please email divadefenceinfo@gmail.com to being the process. Based on inventory, Diva Defence will either replace the item or issue a refund for that select item.

Include the following information:

  • Your full name and address
  • What is wrong with the item
  • Include pictures and videos

Please note: Diva Defence reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a new item based on the evidence provided. Issuing a new item or refund will be refused if the product has been purposely used or damaged. If it is suspected that the item has been used or damaged, we will ask the customer to please mail the item for further inspection. Any requested returns must be completed at your own cost. In the parcel, please include all the original packaging that you have received when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
